Time Command Mini Clock Dock, iPhone 4S data tests, iChat coming to iOS hints code

Stem Innovation has unveiled the Time Command Mini Alarm clock dock for iOS devices. The little clock has multiple alarms and takes up little room for cramped desks and night stands.

The iPhone 4S from AT&T and Verizon were pitted against each other. The AT&T version killed the Verizon offering in data testing.

Developer code has been spied that hints iOS will get a cool new service. The code shows that iChat might be coming to iOS.

iLuv App Station alarm clock, L5 remote dongle, and BMW M power app

iPod and iPhone speaker docks are nothing new there are tons on the market. A new device from iLuv called the App Station works in conjunction with an app that lets the iPhone be the display for the alarm clock.

If you always have your iPhone on you and like the app that lets you control you Apple TV a new hardware accessory called the L5 Remote dongle may be perfect for you. The dongle turns your iPhone into a universal remote control.

BMW has unveiled a new app for the iPhone called the M Power application. The app measures speed, g-forces, and acceleration times. The app is free to download and will work with any vehicle.

If you have junk radio stations in your area like I do, the only option other than waking to a buzzer is waking to your iPod. If you have more than one iPhone or iPod a dual dock alarm clock like the new iLuv iMM183 revealed today may be just the ticket for you. The thing can charge and play tunes from two docks that both support the iPhone.

MacNewsWorld has posted up a piece on what exactly the iPhone needs to keep Android at bay. The short answer is nothing more than a new carrier. The device needs to get away from the exclusive AT&T deal but with AT&T counting on the device for lots of new customers that will be a hard fought thing. Apple is undoubtedly losing customers due to the exclusive deal with AT&T.

When Rhapsody unveiled its new iPhone app the music service expected a glut of new customers to come its way. It appears that has failed to happen and while the app wasn’t available for the full quarter, Rhapsody reports that its subscriber numbers have declined since the app was introduced. It seems customers are going to other services.

Yamaha offers TSX-W80 and TSX-70 iPhone docking alarm clocks

In the last week or so I have seen more alarm clocks for the iPhone get introduced than in the entire year before this point. Yamaha has unveiled a new pair of iPhone alarm clocks. The things are pretty cool looking to boot and the TSX-W80 is certainly the coolest.

The W80 has a wireless dock to allow playback of your iPhone without having to stick it on the top of the clock. That will allow you to keep the iPhone near you to check out album art while still listening to your music on the sound system. The device makes the iPhone sort of like a remote for the audio player.

The TSX-70 is a more traditional looking alarm clock with an old school style to it. The dock is on top of the device and has compact dimensions. Both devices play and charge your iPhone and have integrated woofers for better bass.

Sanyo reveals DMP-P1 and DMP-692 iPod/iPhone alarm clocks
