Apple gets hit with another lawsuit

Apple is facing yet another lawsuit because of the new iPhone 3G. Its been a lot time since reports of the new iPhone 3G having construction issues causing the back casing to crack. This problem was more easily detected in the white version than the black. The lawsuit also lists AT&T as a defendant. Skiers now have an application they can use during runs

Lately it seems like the iPhone is getting a lot of sports related applications. The latest by DropZone, HangTimer, has been launched in the App Store for both the iPhone and iPod Touch. As you might have guessed by the title, this application was created for skiers. FlyCast brings satellite radio to iPhone

We have been spending some time with the FlyCast Mobile Broadcast Network application available in the App Store. This application allows you to have the basic functionality of Satellite Radio without monthly subscriptions.
