I'm just commenting on how AT&T is making too many promises that their network can't handle. And God help them if Verizon gets the iphone as AT&T will probably lose half of it's subscribers base (of those who have iphones). I will agree that AT&T has bigger problems too, especially with lack of coverage and bandwidth--everwhere! I just hope that whatever lessons AT&T learn, when and if this lawsuit is successful is that other companies like Sprint and Verizon learn not to screw with their customers. I understand that AT&T is prepping their network but come on...being in retail myself I can attest that this is poor marketing and I can see why they are being sued. Don't sell the phone yet if you cannot support all of it's features.
