I have talked at least 10 times with Tech support and customer service from ATT and I can not believe that they can do it remotely. I know there are companies like sttspa.it that has the power to control any one of their routers and equipment, I really don't think that ATT has such capabilities and or empowered their workforce to be able to do it, specially remotely. If the person is make the statement he should show a picture with before and after the change and I will probably believe it.
