Loading ...Some so-called iPhone themes for rival devices have been little more than a new icon set and a couple of wallpapers; alternatively, you get the product of many hours of work and real consideration as to how Apple might have developed an interface for a different device. AppleCor, a theme for the Sony PSP, definitely falls into the latter category: coders from the QJ.NET forums have put together an awesome, comprehensive package that, in their words, "approximate[s] how Apple may have designed the PSP if given the chance."

Looking at the screenshots, I had to keep reminding myself that this was all running on Sony's handheld console. They've pulled together ideas from Mac computers, the iPhone and AppleTV together with authentic sounds and visual effects, all the time keeping the full functionality the PSP provides.
It's a free download from here, and obviously you'll need to have a PSP to try it on! This forum thread has plenty of detail about the theme and is the best place to ask questions and voice any issues. Let us know in the comments how you get on!

The irony is… I sold my PSP on eBay to get part of the money for my iPhone. ;) While I look forward to games on the iPhone, I didn’t get the use out of the PSP that I thought I would. But this theme looks like a lot of fun!

this theme is for Custom firmware only! They have 2 versions, 1 for 3.52 M33, and 1 for 3.40OE. If you need help this theme and all others require Flashing your PSP all files are in flash0.
Can You Tell Me How To Install This on The psp
u need to reboot… hold the power button till its off.. then hold your R button while u on the power(press once) then u will go to the recovery menu… go to advance and press the flash0… make a copy of the file in dun forget to connect yoour psp… then copy the file in your psp to your desktop just in case… copy both flash0 and flash one.. then copy the themes in your flash files.. file to your psp file… make sure one b one… its safer… do not copy the folder… so thats all.. good luck…

ok i have version 3.7 i tryed to downgrade but everytime i tryed it said game can not be played..do i have to wait for newever software to downgrade now? or am i just supid lol can u tell me exactly how to do this im a fast learner so..and step by step

google is the root of all knowledge. if you are unable to locate the proper instruction and/or firmware needed to use themes such as this one, i would suggest that you remain a faithful ‘end user’ and not screw with such sensitive things as your firmware. then again, do try… and sell me your PSP when you brick it.

Hey yo i think i know how to install it.
First you have to connect you psp and go to the drive were it is then you go to the psp folder and make a folder named ‘Theme’ then just drag the downloaded boot to that folder. After that just go to your psp and go to theme settings and it should be there.
its almost like down loading a song exept you have to make a new folder named themes in capital letters.
to install it, you need to make a folder named themes inside the psp folder

Does it work on fw3.90 PSP slim and what is the procedure for installing this?
BTW, the Consolespot site seems to be misbehaving. I have been trying to register, but the image verification image gets stuck. And because of that, I am unable to download it. I will try this at a friend’s place. Hope it works there. I really like this and want it on my PSP.

I cant fuckin install this! the fucking directions are too fucking difficult to follow. Download 3.52, then 3.02 OE, then 1.50, then 3.52 again, i try to install 3.52, but it says “THE GAME CANNOT BE STARTED”. I try to post a help vid on youtube, but now my computers not letting me use Windows movie maker. i really want to fuckin use this, but I cant. SOMEONE FUCKIN HELP ME!
