Apple shipping boxes that are not to be opened until June 10th

An interesting rumor has surfaced today, with certain retailers in Australia receiving this box. The box has an ominous warning on the front, which clearly says if you open this box before June 10th, you will be on Apple’s bad side. The contents in the box are subject to a non disclosure agreement, so if you were theoretically brave enough to open the box, you could legally tell about what you saw.

The date is what gives this rumor legs though. Unless you have been living under a rock for the past three months now, then you know that the 3G iPhone is rumored to drop on June 9th. Seeing as how the box is marked June 10th, it clearly falls in line with the release date. This all leads us to believe that the box in fact contains the new iPhone.

The thing is this is not confirmed. It could be a hoax, or real. Until we actually see the interior of this box though, then we are not going to know. HOAX. They ship DIRECTLY from Bejing.
Plus, the moron who made it didn’t think it through to well, unless of course he thought that Apple would:

    1) Produce a label from an inkjet
    2) Have a PO box as a return address

Apple has NEVER shipped to their stores in identified packages. Why would they even open the risk of a tired overworked postal / package deliverer knowing he’s carrying a $100 Million Dollar secret???!!!

I could make a better label myself with eyes closed.

  4. Heya! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any trouble with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing a few months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to prevent hackers?

The other day, while I was at work, my sister stole my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a 30 foot drop, just so she can be a youtube sensation. My apple ipad is now broken and she has 83 views. I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!
