Apple Gazette predicts the following will be announced: Multi-Touch in Leopard, New GUI for OS X, New iLife w/iTunes HD, Blu-Ray Support, Leopard/iPhone integration, Leopard Officially Released, and the one last thing will be an Ultra Portable iMac w/Multi touch screen.
