Sure the Pre has good potential to be #2 in the market, this is their marketing ploy. While they no longer have the edge on some features like copy/paste or MMS, the hardware is smaller footprint, and they have support over their apps. But they are also smart enough and have played this game for long enough to know that RIM, Nokia, Google/Android are easier to knock off. Pre is smart for setting their sights on not being #1, and looking to convert some unhappy users on other carriers. I think alot of these people are just trying to cash in over nothing. If you don't like the phone or it's reception, take it back, get your money back!! I hate people.
