The "Top 25" list, for example, should allow you to select not just between free and paid, but also "top downloads" vs. "top ratings". And while you can expand this to top 50, it would be nice now that there are so many, to be able to expand it to 75 and then to 100 as well. Recently added apps should also be there, allowing you to see the most recent 25 or 50 (or 75 or 100) added apps. Recently updated would be nice as well. The "categories" could use some tweaking as well, with some categories becoming so overloaded that it would be useful to have some "sub-categoris" to help deal with them.
