If you watch closely to the iPhone activation and sync video Vincent posted earlier, you will notice the iPhone’s capacity bar shows 80GB of storage. While it’s not impossible to have 80GB of storage on iPhone, it’s unlikely at this time due to cost. 80GB flash drive will shot iPhone’s price all the way to the roof.

Does Apple really have an 80GB iPhone on their hand or they were using iPod to show the sync part of the video? That's for you to think about :)
